Elena deLaunay Bio

Ms. deLaunay began working with the Rockland team in 2014. Her key responsibilities include commercial management of Rockland’s projects and due diligence and asset valuation of Rockland’s acquisitions. Ms. deLaunay has over 20 years of energy industry experience. Prior to joining Rockland, she developed and managed the Energy Management Agreement Business for Merrill Lynch Commodities Power Trading group for the last ten years. Ms. deLaunay holds a BS in Electric Engineering with a concentration in Management Information Systems, programming and network design from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
