Justin Chang Bio

Justin joined Roark in 2024. Prior to joining Roark, Justin was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in its global retail and consumer operations practice working with clients on supply chain, procurement, sustainability, and operations topics. He began his career in investment banking and corporate development. Justin received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Public Policy from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
