Erik Morris Bio

Erik joined Roark in 2007, is a member of Roark’s Investment Committee and currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer. He has spent more than 20 years in private equity where he primarily focused on multi-location, consumer-oriented businesses. Prior to joining Roark, Erik was a Partner at Grotech Capital Group, a private equity firm based in Baltimore, MD. Prior to joining Grotech, Erik worked in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank and its predecessor entities, BT Alex. Brown, and Alex. Brown & Sons. Erik received a B.S. from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
