Richard Caston Bio

Richard is a Founding Partner of RJD Partners and a member of the Investment Committee. He leads new investments and has strong experience in the consumer, education and training and white collar outsourcing sectors. He has led a number of successful investments at RJD including Teaching Personnel, Ipes and Survey Solutions. Richard also works closely with existing portfolio companies and is currently a director of Improve International and Voyager School Travel. He has worked with growing businesses in private equity for over 20 years having previously worked at Legal and General Ventures; and Royal Bank Private Equity. Richard is a chartered accountant and holds an MA in Engineering Science from Oxford University.
