Tom Smach Bio

Tom Smach is a Co-founding Partner of Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Tom was the Chief Financial Officer of Flextronics, a multinational technology company. As an experienced CFO, he understands the importance of not only protecting the financial health and assets of a company by implementing strategies to cut costs and reduce risk, but also providing the resources needed to execute a company’s long-term strategy. Tom received B.Sc. in Accounting from State University of New York at Binghamton. In addition to serving on the board of various private companies around the world, Tom has also served on various public company boards and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Crocs, Inc. (Nasdaq:CROX).
