Jeffrey Gordon Bio

Together with George Cole, Jeffrey Gordon leads the Riverside Strategic Capital Fund team in the underwriting, due diligence and structuring of portfolio company investments, as well as the development of the strategic direction of the fund. Mr. Gordon joined Riverside in 2013. Prior to joining Riverside, he worked at Veronis Suhler Stevenson (VSS). Prior to joining VSS in 2008, Mr. Gordon worked at Goldman Sachs in their Telecom, Media and Technology group advising clients on a variety of mergers, acquisitions and equity offerings. He previously was a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate financings at Winston & Strawn. Mr. Gordon holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a JD from Fordham Law School and a BA from the University of Michigan.
