Bela Schwartz Bio

Béla Schwartz is the Chief Financial Officer at Riverside. Prior to joining Riverside, he was the VP of Finance at Bassini, Playfair & Associates LLC, an emerging market private-equity firm specializing in Latin America; CFO/Treasurer of The Clipper Group, L.P., Windward Capital Partners, L.P. and Securitas Capital, LLC – each independent merchant banking affiliates of CS First Boston; Assistant VO, CS First Boston; and Budget Director for Institutional Investor magazine. Mr. Schwartz holds an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan; a master’s in music from Northwestern University and degrees in music and psychobiology from Oberlin College.
