Michael Bernard Bio

Michael brings over twelve years of private equity and investment banking experience to the Riverside team, which he joined in 2021 as a Principal. Prior to joining Riverside, Michael was a Principal at Linden Capital Partners, a healthcare-exclusive private equity firm. Prior to his time at Linden, he was an associate at 3i Group where he focused on private equity investments in the healthcare sector. Michael previously worked at Morgan Stanley in the healthcare investment banking division.
