Max brings 20 years of private equity and strategy consulting experience to the Riverside team, which he joined in 2008 as a Vice President. He focuses on the Firm’s healthcare investing activity. Prior to joining Riverside, Max was a Vice President at Summit Partners, where he focused on middle market investments in the healthcare and technology sectors. Prior to Summit Partners, he was a consultant at Bain & Company.
