Ken Trent Bio

Ken Trent, Principal, joined River Associates in 2024. He brings a wealth of operating and transaction experience from his previous leadership positions, including CEO of United Enertech, a private equity-owned manufacturer of HVAC and power generation products. Ken was also co-owner and President of Professional Power Products, which offered turn-key integration and packaging for diesel and gas generators as well as custom switchgear and equipment enclosures. He has held various board, operating partner, and consulting roles with several investment banking and private equity firms. Ken received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School. He currently serves on the board of directors for several privately owned businesses.
