Lars de Jonge Bio

Lars is a Director in Rivean’s Dutch office. As a member of Rivean’s Portfolio Enhancement Program (PEP) group, Lars is actively involved in driving value creation at Rivean’s investment portfolio. Previously, Lars worked as associate partner at McKinsey & Company’s transformation practice in Amsterdam. Lars holds a master’s degree in systems engineering, policy analysis & management from Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands) and an MBA from INSEAD.
