Iram Shah Bio

Based in the Netherlands, Iram is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Rivean. Prior to joining Rivean, Iram was Global Head of People and Culture at STX. She brings a 20-year track record combining international recruitment in the Banking and Financial services sector, HR, and team leadership experience, and has been involved in both large multinational organisations with multiple stakeholders (Michael Page) as well as in a founder-led scale-up in private markets investing (Dynamic Credit). Iram holds a master’s degree in business management (specializing in HR) from the University of Sheffield (United Kingdom).
