Through personalized coaching, strategic guidance, and hands-on support, he equips advisory firms with the resources, frameworks, and operational tools they need to scale with confidence and clarity. With 18 years of experience in the independent wealth management industry, Ryan has built and led transition, onboarding, and platform teams at both United Capital and Goldman Sachs. He has overseen more than $14 billion in inorganic AUM transitions, designed centralized advisor hubs and analytics platforms, and developed the operational infrastructure to support scalable, enterprise-level growth. Today he brings his depth of experience to his work at Rise, helping firms unlock their potential and deliver lasting impact through thoughtful planning and execution.
