Jennifer Geoghegan is a recognized leader in the independent wealth management industry, known for helping growth-minded RIAs scale with intention, clarity, and impact. As Chief Marketing Officer at Rise Growth Partners, she leads marketing while partnering with exceptional firms to accelerate enterprise value and build lighthouse brands that attract the right clients and talent. Over her career, Jennifer has held senior leadership roles at American Express, Focus Financial Partners, and, most recently, The Colony Group, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief of Staff. Her expertise spans branding, client acquisition, digital strategy, and team development—making her a trusted advisor to leadership teams across the industry. She is also the co-host of Rise Up! with Rise Growth Partners alongside Joe Duran, an author, and a frequent speaker on the future of marketing, growth, strategy and leadership in wealth management. Jennifer holds an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business, a BA from the University of Virginia, and an Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University.
