A strategic technology and data leader, Jack Morgan helps firms unlock value through innovation, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. As Vice President of Advisor Technology and Platform Solutions at Rise Growth Partners, he accelerates growth through analytics and a purpose-driven enterprise platform that supports the development of the brightest lighthouse brands in the RIA industry. Jack began his career at Charles Schwab, where he supported advisors in their transition to independence before going on to build and lead the Advisor Services data and analytics practice. Over his tenure, he ran enterprise operations for multiple senior leaders across two major technology divisions and ultimately led the execution of Schwab’s enterprise-wide data and analytics operating strategy. With a deep understanding of the operational backbone of advisory firms, he applies human-centered design to create more effective systems and streamlined processes. A sought-after speaker, Jack has presented at events such as the Gartner Data & Analytics Summit, delivering sessions on topics including “Unlocking Enterprise Value through Democratizing Your Data.” Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with a concentration in Anatomy and Physiology from East Carolina University.
