Daniel Uribe Bio

Daniel Uribe is an investor and M&A leader with extensive expertise in financial services and wealth management. At Rise, he serves as Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, where he works across the full lifecycle of M&A, from business development through deal structuring and execution, helping Rise and its partner firms grow with intention. Daniel began his career at BlackRock in Product Strategy & Development and later worked as a public markets investor at several long/short equity hedge funds in New York City. While investing broadly across sectors, he specialized in financial services, building deep expertise in the wealth management industry. Before joining Rise, he served as Vice President of M&A at Corient Private Wealth where he executed numerous transactions. He draws on his investing and M&A experience to advise financial services startups and serves on the Board of Directors of the Alan T. Brown Foundation to Cure Paralysis Daniel earned a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
