Daniela has been working for Rigeto since 2024 and is available to the Rigeto team as a contact person in the areas of recruiting, personnel development and management. Her focus is on filling key management positions in the portfolio companies and further expanding the Rigeto team. She also supports the onboarding and ongoing development of the team. She gained the expertise for this role through many years of experience in international executive search at leading firms such as Odgers Berndtson and Spencer Stuart as a consultant in the Global Finance Practice in Frankfurt. Her focus was on advising private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, their portfolio companies and investment banks. For many years now, Daniela has been self-employed as an HR executive, concentrating her advice on investors and their portfolio companies as well as medium-sized companies and corporations. She works across all sectors. Her HR projects include one-on-one coaching for top management, mentoring and coaching management teams on strategic and/or organizational challenges and filling positions at C-level and director level in commercial and business management functions as well as investment professionals for PE and VC funds. In these roles and in her current function, she brings with her the necessary experience to successfully design and implement succession situations and to build goal- and solution-oriented teams. Daniela studied economics at the University of Augsburg and is a certified systemic business coach and team coach through the German Society for Cultural and Professional Development (DVCT). She lives in Munich with her husband and has three adult children.
