Benedict King Bio

Benedikt has been part of the Rigeto team since 2021. There, he oversaw the majority acquisition of Pflegehelden and the inopla Group and will now oversee both corporate groups. Here, he supports management in comprehensive growth initiatives, as well as in the further development and growth of the organization. He also manages the transaction and due diligence processes for new acquisitions, structures financing, and implements appropriate investment models. He is also active in sourcing new acquisitions. His industry focus is on software/IT and business services. Previously, Benedikt spent over four years as part of the investment team at EMH Partners in Munich, a private equity fund focused on mid-cap companies. There, he supported transactions in the business services and software/IT/SaaS sectors. He began his professional career at the investment boutique Stella Capital Advisors (now part of Houlihan Lokey) in London. Benedikt completed his degree in International Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He completed student exchanges at the London School of Economics and the Dauphine Université Paris.
