Will Byers Bio

Mr. Byers, Principal of RCG, provides deal execution and sector leadership to the Partners of the Firm. Mr. Byers is primarily focused on the Firm’s investment activities in the business services, consumer, and healthcare services sectors. Mr. Byers previously served as a Vice President for Wellspring Capital Management in New York where he provided analytical, execution, and monitoring support. Prior to RCG and Wellspring, Mr. Byers worked for Main Street Capital Corporation. Mr. Byers received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Economic Analysis and Statistics with a minor in Financial Computation and Modeling from Rice University.
