Tom Belatti Bio

Mr. Belatti, Principal of RCG, provides deal execution and sector leadership to the Partners of the Firm. Mr. Belatti is primarily focused on the Firm’s investment activities in the business services and healthcare services sectors. Mr. Belatti previously served as a Senior Vice President at H.I.G. Capital in Boston where he provided analytical, execution, and monitoring support. Prior to RCG and H.I.G., Mr. Belatti worked for McCarthy Capital and BMO Capital Markets. Mr. Belatti received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
