Ron Ahuja Bio

Ron Ahuja joined RFE Investment Partners as a Principal in July 2023. Prior to joining RFE, Ron was a Vice President at Heartwood Partners, a CT-based private equity firm. Previously, Ron also worked at First Atlantic Capital, a NYC-based private equity firm; at Bain & Co. in their Private Equity group; and at Monitor Deloitte in their Strategy & Operations consulting group. Ron is a graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics and was a University Honors Scholar; and, of Columbia Business School, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree. Ron lives in New York City with his wife Sophie. In his spare time, Ron enjoys golf, skiing, swimming, and international travel.
