Paul Schilpp joined RFE Investment Partners as a Principal in 2012. He is currently a Director of CJS Group, Congruity HR, Friendly Home Services, Global IFS, Hastings Manufacturing, LaunchPad Home Group, SEG, Squan, Turnberry Solutions, and Veransa. Prior to joining RFE, Paul was a Principal at Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity. He also worked at Weston Presidio, a private equity firm; and at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., in their investment banking group. Paul is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, degree in Economics and Business Administration; and, of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree.
