Michael Foster Bio

Michael Foster joined RFE Investment Partners in 1989. He is currently a Director of Global IFS, EnsembleIQ, PureRED, Squan and ZRG Partners, as well as a Director of Sabra Health Care REIT (SBRA). Michael has been actively engaged in the private equity industry since 1978, initially as an attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton, and later as a partner of O’Sullivan Graev & Karabell, advising many private equity firms in scores of investment and acquisition transactions. Michael is a graduate of Cornell University, where he received Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Jurisprudence, magna cum laude, degrees. Michael and his wife Liz live in Westport Ct, have two grown children and a son-in-law, and recently became the grandparents of beautiful baby girl. When not at RFE, Michael enjoys cooking, skiing, biking , saltwater fishing and, now, babysitting.
