Peter Fidler Bio

Peter is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RF Investment Partners, LLC and shares responsibility with Peter Rothschild for all activities of the firm. Peter has worked in the financial industry since 1994 and has 19 years of principal investment experience within the lower-middle-market. Prior to co-founding RF, Peter co-founded Tamarix, an SBIC Fund dedicated to providing flexible financing solutions to lower-middle-market companies, which was later merged into OFS. At OFS, he served as a Managing Director and Investment Committee member of both the SBIC Fund and the Business Development Company. Prior to co-founding Tamarix, he worked at Allied Capital, now Ares Capital Corporation – NASDAQ: “ARCC”), a publicly traded Business Development Company focused on making junior debt and equity investments in middle-market companies, and at LaSalle Bank N.A. in the Leveraged-Finance group. Peter also served as a Consultant to the World Bank, as well as a Presidential Intern to the National Economic Council of the White House. Peter earned a BA in Government from Cornell University where he graduated magna cum laude and a MPP from Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government. When not working, he can be found kayaking in Lake Michigan.
