Tom Martin Bio

Tom Martin is the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Revolution. He joined the firm in 2011 and manages real estate development, project finance structuring, bank compliance, portfolio company valuation, and financial planning and analysis. Tom also serves on both the board of the Revolution Place’s Punta Cacique Costa Rica project and the board that oversees the Waldorf Astoria hotel under construction at Punta Cacique. Prior to joining Revolution, Tom worked in audit and assurance with RSM McGladrey (now RSM). His clients included both public and private companies in various industries including, hospitality, education, government contractors, IT services, and employee benefit plans. Tom graduated from James Madison University’s College of Business with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
