Robert Loring Bio

Mr. Loring oversees all aspects of the firm’s strategy including M&A, Operations and Corporate Development. With over a decade of direct private equity investing experience in both the United States and Europe Mr. Loring has been involved in all aspects of corporate deal making in a broad array of industries and has guided over twenty transactions with some of the worlds largest corporations. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Loring was Vice President of Mergers and Acquisition for Platinum Equity LLC in Beverly Hills, California and more recently Director for H.I.G. European Capital Partners in London, UK. Mr. Loring holds a Bachelors degree from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and has residences in New York City, Boston MA, and Tampa FL., with his wife and two daughters.
