Florian Hoffmann Bio

Florian Hoffmann has approximately 10 years of professional experience as an investment professional and in advising companies in crisis situations. Before joining RESVION, he worked as an investment professional in mid-cap private equity at Hillpoint Partners. Prior to that, he spent approximately six years at FTI-Andersch and Latham & Watkins, both on transaction and restructuring mandates. He is a lawyer and holds an LL.B. from Bucerius Law School, Hamburg.
