Piotr Noceń Bio

Piotr Noceń is a co-founder of Resource Partners and a Director in Luxembourg's entities. Between 2009 and 2024, Piotr held the role of Managing Partner at Resource Partners. He joined The Carlyle Group in 2007. Prior to that he was the Investment Director and Partner at 3TS Capital Partners where he led and co-led three investments in telecoms, media and financial services. He also worked at PwC Financial Advisory Services in Warsaw, as part of the Central European team focusing on M&A transactions. Previously he was a Junior Equity Analyst at Deutsche Bank Research. In 2014-2017, he was the President of the Board of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association . Piotr was honoured with a Person of the Year award in PSIK 2022 Awards organized by Polish Private Equite and Venture Capital Association. Piotr graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a master’s degree and post-diploma studies.
