JT is the Chief Compliance Officer on the Finance and Operations team. Prior to joining Renovus, she served as Senior Financial Analyst at the Small Business Administration (SBA), where she oversaw risk and compliance for the 7(a)-loan guaranty program. Before that, JT oversaw compliance of the Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) program.
