Stephon Ho Bio

Stephon Ho is a Managing Director of the Firm and a member of the Capital Partnerships team. In his current role, Stephon is responsible for Limited Partner relationships in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining RedBird, Stephon was a senior member of the Goldmans Sachs Alternative Capital Markets Group within the Asset & Wealth Management division. He was responsible for fundraising and structuring customized private funds across private equity, private credit, real estate and co-investments with global GPs, closing on capital from institutions, family offices and ultra high net-worth individuals in Asia. He was also involved in structuring and marketing direct investments alongside Goldman Sachs’ balance sheet. Prior to Goldman, Stephon was part of BlackRock’s institutional product & marketing team, responsible for iShares and alternative investments in Asia-Pacific. Stephon began his career at Royal Bank of Canada, where he held several positions across the Asset Management and Wealth Management divisions in Toronto and Vancouver.  Stephon holds a Bachelor of Administration Studies (Honours) in management from York University. He received his MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a focus in Finance and China Business.
