Alfredo Zavala Bio

Founding Partner of Realza Capital and member of the Investment Committee Before founding Realza Capital, he worked seventeen years at the Private Equity firm Mercapital, where he was Partner and Board Member since 1996. He was Chairman of Grupo Plenido, Gestión Tributaria Territorial and Grupo Dolz, Vice Chairman of Grupo Logístico Santos and Board Member of Parques Reunidos, Frida Alimentaria, Record Rent a Car, Lasem, IQL, Ydilo and Jofel, among others. Before joining Mercapital he worked two years in Editorial Gráficas Espejo as Deputy General Manager and Board Member. Alfredo Zavala holds an MBA from Insead (1988) and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense in Madrid (1985). He currently is Chairman of Cualin Quality, Medical Plants, Tencer and Vice Chairman of Uniformes Gary’s and Entex.
