Boele Oltmans Bio

Boele joined Ramphastos in 2019 and as Principal he is co-responsible for deal-sourcing, screening of investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio management. Prior to Ramphastos, he spent several years at Kempen & Co and Stibbe where he was involved in various (cross-border) M&A transactions, IPOs and refinancing’s. Boele holds Bachelor’s degrees in Law, Tax law and Economics & Business from the University of Amsterdam and Master’s degrees in International and European Tax law from the University of Amsterdam and Business Administration from the Amsterdam Business School.
