Jon Gilman Bio

Jon is a Vice President at Rainier Partners, which he joined in 2025. Prior to Rainier, Jon worked on the Healthcare team at Summit Partners and began his career in Jefferies’ Healthcare Group in New York. He earned his BS in Finance and Economics from the NYU Stern School of Business. Jon grew up in New York and enjoys running, cycling, and spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.
