James Whittle Bio

James joined Rainier Partners in 2024 and is the Director of Business Development. Prior to Rainier, James served in business development roles with Transom Capital and Wynnchurch Capital. He started his career with Harvey & Company, a buy-side acquisition advisory firm. James received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. James grew up in Connecticut before making his way West. In his spare time, James enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and camping. He and his family are halfway through their quest to visit every US National Park.
