Todd Rosoff Bio

Todd is a Partner at Raine. Todd focuses on advisory and capital raising assignments across interactive entertainment and digital media. Selected transactions include the sale of SoftBank Vision Fund’s stake in Flipkart to Walmart, the sale of Big Fish Games to Aristocrat, the sale of SoftBank’s stake in Supercell to a consortium led by Tencent, the sale of Playtika to Giant and capital raising assignments for leading interactive entertainment companies such as Epic Games and others. Prior to joining Raine, Todd was at UBS Investment Bank focusing on advisory and financing assignments across the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector. Prior to UBS, Todd worked at Technology Crossover Ventures, a leading provider of growth capital to technology companies. Todd began his career in the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Robertson Stephens & Company. In addition to his for-profit experience, Todd served as a research consultant to the Fritz Institute, a non-profit institute focused on improving the supply chain capabilities of leading humanitarian organizations engaged in disaster response. Todd received both a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
