Johan Wramsby Bio

Mr. Wramsby spent 19 years of his career with Hoover Ferguson Ltd where he held executive leadership roles spanning the company, including CFO, COO and SVP. During his tenure at Hoover, he was instrumental in organic growth, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Prior to Hoover, Mr. Wramsby started his career at General Electric Appliance where he held positions in procurement and finance. Mr. Wramsby graduated from Bellarmine University with a B.A. in Business Administration.
