Susanna Seng Bio

Based in London, Susanna oversees Quinbrook’s global compliance programme and is a member of the Operations Committee and Chair of the Conflicts Committee. Prior to joining Quinbrook in 2023, Susanna was Legal Counsel, Compliance and Transactions at Hamilton Lane, an alternative investment management firm, where she was responsible for regulatory compliance and fund matters across EMEA and legal negotiation for co-investments, credit and secondary investments. Previously, Susanna was Head of Compliance, EMEA & India at AMP Capital, a global investment manager, where she led the compliance and risk function, responsible for regulatory, funds and general corporate matters. Prior to that, Susanna has held roles at CVC Credit, the private credit arm of CVC, Grantham Mayo Van Otterloo & Co. LLC (GMO), a global US-based investment manager and UBS Investment Bank. Susanna holds an honours degree in Law from Queen Mary University of London and is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
