Patrick Laroche Bio

Patrick joined Quilvest in 2015. He is a principal in the Paris office, and chief investment officer for Europe and Asia, covering primary fund investments co-investments and direct investments. Prior to joining Quilvest, Patrick was a real estate investment manager in Deutsche Bank’s Asset & Wealth Management group, where he also held various investment committee memberships. During his tenure at DB’s AWM, Patrick was responsible for originating and structuring core plus, value added and opportunistic fund investments or co-investment opportunities for DB AWM’S clients on an advisory basis. Prior to that, Patrick spent over 6 years in real estate fund management teams at Citi Property Investors and Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Opportunities Group (RREEF), where he held positions of increasing responsibilities in transaction execution and asset management oversight. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Patrick spent two years at Lazard Frères in Paris. Patrick is a graduate of HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in Paris.
