Guillaume Laboureix Bio

Guillaume is a Vice-President of Quilvest Private Equity. He is involved in the sourcing and execution of direct buyout and fund investments in Europe. Prior to joining Quilvest in 2010, Guillaume spent three years in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Rothschild in Paris. While at Rothschild, Guillaume was involved in the execution of several transactions (sell-side, buy-side, financing and strategic advice) in France and Europe as well as in origination and marketing initiatives. He worked for large corporate, midcaps and financial sponsors in various industries with a particular focus on Aerospace & Defence. While at business school, Guillaume had experiences as an intern with Rothschild in the Mergers and Acquisitions department and with Schneider Electric in the Internal Audit department. Guillaume holds a MSc in Management from HEC Paris (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) with a major in Finance.
