Michael Shultz Bio

Mike is a Director – Technical at Quantum. Prior to joining Quantum, Mike was with EOG Resources for over a decade, most recently as a Division Exploration Manager, overseeing the exploration and development efforts for projects across the Eastern U.S. and Northern Gulf Coast Basins. Prior to EOG, Mike worked for Gulfport Energy Corporation. Mike began his career with The East Fairfield Coal Company exploring and providing geological support for coal and industrial mineral mining operations in eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania. Mike holds a B.S. in Geological Sciences from Ohio University and an M.S. in Geological Sciences from the University of Kentucky.
