Stephan joined the QCP Investment Team in 2017. Before joining Quantum, Stephan was the responsible M&A Manager in the DACH region for a portfolio company of a Northern European private equity firm for two years, during which he oversaw numerous corporate acquisitions in Europe and the subsequent integration. Prior to that, he worked for several years in M&A advisory for transactions in the mid-cap sector. Stephan studied Economics in Germany, the Netherlands, and Scotland.
