Hans Magnus is responsible for new acquisitions, restructurings, and the growth of our operational business. In addition, he serves as managing director in many of the European Quantum companies. He began his management career at Mercedes-Benz in Norway, where he worked as Marketing Director and later as Managing Director. He then served as Managing Director and COO in the authentication technologies, paper trading, and mechanical engineering sectors. Hans Magnus gained several years of experience as an investor and operational manager of portfolio companies of a publicly traded industrial holding, where he led transactions in the aluminum and automotive industries as well as in the pharmaceutical and paper production. He has more than 20 years of experience in top operational management and more than 10 years as managing director in restructuring and carve-out situations. Hans Magnus studied business administration in Norway and holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
