Christian Holland-Moritz Bio

Christian joined the QCP team in 2019. After more than 25 years as a top manager in various industries, several years as a management consultant at Roland Berger and experience as a founder and entrepreneur, Christian Holland-Moritz set up his own business as an Interim Manager. Since then, he has taken on general management and leadership tasks in "special corporate situations" at C-level, e. g. reorganizations, restructurings, start-ups + company development, in M&A or change management situations, bridging short-term vacancies in management or board positions, as well as in growth situations. His mandates, usually for PE firms, have taken him through various industries such as electronics, telecommunications, media, logistics, postal services, mechanical engineering and paper manufacturing. Christian holds a degree in physics from LMU Munich, Germany.
