Peter Goodson has over 50 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He serves as Chairman of Quadria Capital’s Value Optimization Board and Renumeration – Compensation Committee. He is also a Distinguished Teaching Fellow at Berkeley Haas Business School where he teaches courses in Turnarounds, M&A and Private Equity. Peter was an early-stage Partner at the US private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Prior to this, he was a member of the Executive Committee, Co-head of Global Investment Banking, and Founder of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Merchant Banking Departments at Kidder, Peabody & Co. He has served in key roles on several corporate boards and led turnarounds of underperforming businesses. He holds a B.A. from Stanford University and graduated from the Harvard Business School Program for Financial Executives.
