Devendra Sharma Bio

Devendra has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, tax, fund raising, setting up of PE/VC funds, investor relations, assurance, fund administration, M&A due-diligence, business restructuring and cross border structuring across private equity, venture capital, and management consulting industries across Singapore and India. Devendra joined Quadria Capital in 2013. Previously, he worked at India Build Out Fund, Religare Asset Management, EY, and Deloitte. Devendra is a rank-holder Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Rajasthan University. Beyond work, he is a fitness enthusiast and supports community development initiatives.
