Arshita has 9 years of experience in M&A advisory and private equity investments across Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Previously, she worked at Rothschild & Co. in their Global Investment Banking division. She holds a BTech (Chemical Engineering) degree from HBTI and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Beyond work, she likes reading both fiction and non-fiction and spending time in nature. Arshita is actively involved in WinPE, a national professional network for women in private equity and venture capital.
