Lincoln Frank Bio

Linc founded Quad Partners in 2000 and is a Managing Partner. He’s responsible for the management of the firm and has led investments across Quad’s education portfolio. Prior to Quad, Linc was the Chief Operating Officer of J.P. Morgan Capital Corporation, an investment banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co. and a lawyer with Skadden Arps. He holds an LL.M. from University of Cambridge, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. from Wesleyan University. Linc is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Private Equity at Columbia Business School and Board Chair of the NYSPCC, the first child protection agency in the U.S.
