Rachel Levy Bio

Rachel Levy is a senior vice president, Talent Acquisition in our Boston office and leads all hiring for PSG staff. Previously, Rachel spent 7+ years at Social Finance, a national impact finance and advisory nonprofit that works with the public, private, and social sectors to build innovative partnerships and investments that measurably improve lives. Most recently, she was director, Talent, leading all talent acquisition for the organization, from sourcing through hiring, for roles at all levels. She also oversaw onboarding and employee engagement efforts. Before joining the Talent Team, Rachel was a director on the Impact Advisory team and helped lead the team's Public Sector Practice, working with state and local governments to identify promising interventions, implement outcomes-based solutions, and improve program performance through data-driven insights. Prior to joining Social Finance, Rachel managed strategy projects on the national staff at Teach for America. As a manager of Constituent Strategy & Insights, she conducted qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand attitudes about and perceptions of the organization. She also worked as a manager, Strategy on the Growth, Development, & Partnerships team, helping to develop new revenue generation strategies. Earlier in her career, Rachel was a consultant at Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy & Operations practice. Rachel holds an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management, and she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Williams College with a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics.
