Paul Ha Bio

Paul Ha is a senior vice president in the information technology group in our Boston office. Previously, Paul was the Director of IT at SimpliSafe. Prior to SimpliSafe, he was the Director of National IT Operations at Compass. During his tenure there, he helped Compass navigate to IPO during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. Through all his roles, he’s most proud of his contributions building collaborative and cohesive teams in fully remote and hybrid work environments. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids, is an avid NYC sports fan (Yankees, Giants, Knicks, Rangers), and is a lawn care enthusiast.
