Lori Ali Bio

Lori Ali is a managing director and head of talent in our Boston office. She works with employees across PSG and its portfolio to enhance individual performance and growth, optimize firm-wide dynamics and culture, and oversee talent management. Previously, Lori was an executive coach for several years, applying her executive coaching training and previous 15 years of diverse business and management experience to advance the growth and development of her business clients. Prior to being an executive coach, Lori was on the leadership team for several years at Outside The Classroom (now EverFi) as part of a change management effort to revamp the organization for acquisition. Lori spent the majority of the early part of her career at the Advisory Board Company, overseeing its account management division and specializing in taking new products to market. She is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology’s graduate program in Executive Coaching and received a Bachelor of Arts from Hobart & William Smith Colleges.
